Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery (United States)
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the carrier service selected. We ship via ground services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You'll see the available rate(s) and estimated delivery time for your order before you complete checkout.

Because our products include flammable materials (see Shipping Restrictions below), all shipments travel by ground service only. We do not offer air or express shipping. Typical ground delivery is 1–7 business days depending on your distance from our facility in Massachusetts.

Shipping Restrictions — Hazardous Materials
Most of our products — including aerosol paints and solvent-based coatings — are classified as hazardous materials (flammable liquids/aerosols). By law these can ship by ground transportation only and cannot be sent by air, express, or to certain destinations. We package and label all hazmat shipments in compliance with carrier and DOT requirements. If any item in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
